We may also send you marketing letters where we think you do not object, and where you purchase items from The Level Market marketplace or donate via Level Giving. We provide easy ways to stop our marketing, and you can opt out at any time.

What details we ask for and why
There are minimum levels of information we need to obtain for different purposes - such as making a purchase, donating money or signing up. We always ask for your name, email and title so we know how to talk to you. We need to be able to confirm any transactions you make on the The Level Market website by sending you an email, which is why this field is mandatory on all our web forms.
In order to ensure that the data we hold about you is accurate and up to date, we may occasionally use information sources that are in the public domain to verify your details, such as your postal address. Where you have given permission we may use third parties to supplement the information that we hold to help us send you information which we believe you will be interested in.
